From booking to arrival this rental was a great option. We were met with the house keys and given instructions for the house. When questions came up throughout our stay, we had great suggestions from owner and house cleaner Mary. We felt very taken care of-especially by Mary who cleaned daily.The rooms were well kept, and the beds were the most comfortable from our whole trip!The kids liked the pool, the billiard room and the turtles.The location was the only downside, since it was away from "the action," but we were able to get empanadas and other breakfast sandwiches a couple blocks away for breakfast, and cheap taxi rides got us where we needed to go.Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and I would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Real.Location was good and walkable to centro. Very safe area with plenty of restaurants and shops. We had a car and drove around the entire island.

Casa Real was a great place to stay at with a family. It had plenty of space and the pool was a huge hit with its awesome slide. The kids love going outside to check on the tortoises everyday and feed them some fruit. It was a peaceful spot to sit by the pool in the morning to sip coffee and watch the hummingbird stop by to drink from the hibiscus.Miguel and his son had been very attentive to answering question almost immediately through the app. Everything in the house was exactly as described and what we expected. Mary came by each morning to clean the house and help with laundry. She was incredibly nice and helpful with anything you need or have questions about.The house is in an easy location to get to beach clubs, restaurants, and markets.If you do rent a car and expect to fit in the garage area make sure it is a sedan, we got an upgrade at the airport and the SUV was too large, but we never had an issue parking on the street.
